Great staff. FUN !!!Open till 12.00 p.m .12-30 p.m.at weekend Try APPI hour. Get the App, 2 4 1 of the SAME cocktail !However, NOT at the weekend and NOT past 10pm.
Very bad customer service experience. Firstly we asked if we could sit on a reserved table as the customer had missed the booking by 1/2 hour, it was granted. The customer then showed up and we were rudely told we had to move by the duty manager. We pointed out politely that we'd received misinformation and that the staff clearly do not know the procedures. Terrible handling of the situation prevailed - the duty manager was rude, accusational and bang out of order. Would never return.
Used to be a really fun, chilled out place. Now much more "staid and grown-up". An improvement of sorts but def lost the famous "B@1" fun factor!
One of the more lively spots in Richmond. When everywhere else is closing you can usually get a cocktail here until 1am. Varied crowd from teens to pensioners. Lively but usually not too rowdy. Cocktails are average. Two for 10 deals to be had some nights.
