This is not your everyday bike shop. Yesterday my daughter asked for some help on a recently purshased bike online. A replacement, insurance paid and organized. The people at Pearson's could have easily turned her away but they didn't. Instead she was listened to, advised and helped with a quick repair..... all of it free. All of it dispite plenty of paying customers around. My next bike, hopefully not a replacement of a stolen one, will definitely be from this shop!
The Pearson team are simply put some of the best bike people on this planet. A family business in the truest sense of the word. If you care about your bike, or your cycling this is the place to plug in. Just one bit of advice from me. Don't be in a rush. It's worth having a bit of time for a coffee and just to generally hang out and chat.
Very friendly staff saved my day when my chain broke after a spin in Richmond Park. After the broken link was replaced, I realised I had forgotten my wallet, but the nice chap told me not to worry about it. Will definitely drop in again (with money) and would highly recommend!
This place was recommended by three people I trust so it was an obvious place to visit when preparing for a big ride. All staff were immediately friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They understood and met my needs and did so with an air of calm expertise. A brilliant bike shop that I would recommend to anybody!
Walked in with my childs and my bike having slight problems and biked too far, fixed here with a smile. Lovely, helpful staff and shop. I will be back for new tyres soon. Loved this place.
