No, this is not a bus station, at least compared to the likes of Kingston, Staines or even Slough. Buses only serve here in one direction due to the one way road system. There are no toilets, shops and all of the buses, except the 337, stop at a single bus stop. The 337 bus stop doesn't even have shelter or seating. Unacceptable.
Buen buss
It has buses, but little shelter from the rain so 'bus station' is a misnomer. The countdown indicator now faces out into the road where you have to stand to read it - rather than pointing down the queue. Nobody ever emptied the overflowing newpaper recycling bins - so Richmond removed them.
Nothing here to protect people from the elements. No public toilets. Lucky to have an indicator board for the buses. The bins are always overflowing. London Transport/TfL should ne ashamed of themselves. This is not a 'Station', it's a bus stop.
The bins here are a disgrace.
