Very friendly and efficient staff. Parking, however, is very difficult as you need a permit on weekday mornings unless you live in the area. These only can be bought in a few locations in Richmond Borough or you can try to do it online which is also a nightmare.

Hired a VW Golf or Similar. Got a BMW 118d. 1 month old. I did a through check when collecting and pointed out all the damage not logged, which they do on a tablet. You then sign and it's emailed. No arguments. Got my full deposit back. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in was on the scheduled time and took less than 5 mins.Only remark is the lack of parking sensors. Tons of of extras such as Sat Nav. Perhaps this is intentional as bumps and scratches generate fines. Hence 4 stars.

Efficient and professional service and a choice of surprisingly nice cars. Top of the range brand new 44s if you want them. Slightly off the beaten track but you could walk from Sheen. On various bus routes. They offer a home delivery service too. Recommended.
