Someone got us a gift from this store, but it was something we already had. So I went to return it thinking they would put the balance on a gift card for us, like most stores do. But they wouldn't do it! As the person who bought the gift wasn't with us, the only option they gave me was to exchange it right there and then. They didn't have anything I wanted and my wife was away and not back for a while. So what I wanted was to get a gift card which could be re-gifted or used any time in the following year or so. But these guys wouldn't do it. Ridiculous. Their stuff is very overpriced for what it is too, so this is a lot of money to go to waste. Quite an arrogant stance for the business to take, in my view.
