Went in to buy some food for Chinese New Year and found the red box meal for just 10 and Thai chicken soup. Superb.
I use the bureau de change. It's always quick and easy and the staff are always excellent. The store is a good size with good range of m&s clothes and food. The cafe is bit utilitarian but with good range of food and drinks.
Only info says the bureau de change closes at 7pm, showed up just before six and they were closing down... thankfully one of your staff members (Emma) was very helpful kept it open long enough for me to get my money but this is seriously a joke. Look back at my review history and you'll see this is the third time online info for M&S has been incorrect, you've just lost a customer for life now. I even called M&S to check it was open at that time after the bad past experiences and they said it was. Whoever is in charge of listing times needs the sack, they're utterly incompetent.
I visit M&S frequently. The staff are absolutely wonderful and always go out of their way to make sure you aren't missing out on any points or discounts. They are always friendly and helpful.
Lovely store. Had a coffee and snacks in the coffee shop and all as expected. Possibly one of the nicest M and S stores I've been to. However by the coffee shop only one gents loo so queues and I believe the same for the ladies which is ridiculous hence minus one star!
