I ordered a wreath to be delivered to the crematorium for a funeral. I gave them the details but they didn't arrive yet I was still charged! After speaking to an extremely rude man at J.Mickels it turns out that the driver had put them on a random funeral car that said "mum" on it. This was a totally different persons funeral! The florist had no remorse & didn't even offer an apology for the mix up. So the family didn't get the flowers or the card & the crematorium couldn't find them either & the florist basically shouted at me about it & all this cost me 71. Do not use these horrendous people's non service. Run!
