A real old fashioned hardware shop where Malcolm provides advice and personal service. An elderly neighbour asked me to get a replacement wick for her ancient Alladin paraffin heater. I thought it was mission impossible. Nevertheless, I went to Malcolm and after rummaging around, he turned up 2 spare wicks. I asked him to replace the part as I didnt have a clue. It turned out the old wick was rusted in and it took him 15 mins to extract the old part. It goes without saying that I could never have done it myself.This shop is a local asset and deserves your support. Use it or lose it!
No matter what obscure thing I come in for, Malcolm invariably finds something tucked away in a corner! Very friendly, helpful people.
