Very poor services and quality of alarm connectivity. Every week in the 8 months we have had the remote monitoring station (which is a third party to whom Securifix have outsourced their monitoring services) have called us twice between midnight and 7:00am to say they have lost connectivity and therefore are unable to monitor. Several times we have been abroad during those calls unable to action such calls. When complained, some tweaks made but no improvement. Stopped using and changed over to Banhams a few weeks ago and told Securifix we were not using their systems anymore at which time we were contacted by their solicitors to make good the remaining half of the contract sums. Very disappointed. When Banhams removed Securifix equipment no alarms went off- equipment clearly not functioning. Only saving grace was polite and chatty engineers one of who told us securifix was using outdated technology.Do not use.

Called up at 4pm on a Friday needing a speedy response. Front door locks changed by 5pm. Super friendly and helpful (can do).
The gentleman in there was an absolute star after my 3rd visit he made the key from nothing just an old lock, What a genius and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
