Was a bit disappointed today when I came to the pharmacy at 13:20 and couldnt buy my medicine which I needed because the lady who can sell it to me was at her extended lunch till 14:30. Other guy who was working there said that he couldnt sell it without that lady ;((((
Although this is a very competent chemist, they are also rude and unfriendly - mostly in an off-hand way. I left feeling quite unwelcome and dissatisfied; in the future I will walk the extra five minutes to use a different chemist (one that isn't owned by this family - they own quite a few, I have discovered). There are many lovely chemists with helpful and friendly staff that make you feel valued and welcome - this is *not* one of them.
The staff at Richmond Pharmacy were helpful setting up home delivery for my mother who is housebound. They sensibly deliver to her during daylight hours and not in the dark when she isn't happy opening the front door. From when her dosette box prescriptions are ordered they deliver in more like two to three days rather than a week later like the other pharmacy we were using before.
Whenever I have needed advice it has been given promptly and professionally. I use their repeat prescription service which makes life so much easier.
