Its difficult to find fault with the service we received. we are very happy with the location of the facility, the size of our unit, the facilities on site and the interactions with the team.Although I would hope never to have to store furniture again, I would always use Big Yellow should the need arise.
The whole process was very easy and pleasant.The guys on reception were very helpful and friendly, explaining and demonstrating how the system works. There are sturdy trolleys that carry all goods with ease and the storage rooms and lifts are clearly signed. It is very secure - an individual passcode is necessary to get in and all rooms must have a padlock. You can bring your own but if you forget, the Big Yellow has them for sale along with packing materials.I would recommend using them.
I moved house in June, and things didnt go quite as planned! At the last minute, I urgently needed storage. I had a truck load of furniture and nowhere to put it. Panic set in.I quickly did an online search and found a Big Yellow Storage near to my location.After calling them, I booked my storage and made my way there with all my furniture. Walid and the team were incredibly hands on and calmed my frazzled nerves. They went through every aspect of the storage facility and were highly competent in helping in a somewhat emergency situation!I couldnt thank them enough, and I would suggest them to anyone needing storage, particularly at short notice.They were absolutely brilliant. Thank you!
The staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They have a decent size car park and different size trolleys in good condition for moving your stuff. Access is convenient and secure. The storage units are spotlessly clean. I have had a few bad experiences with storage units before but big yellow's are perfect.
