Poor excuse for a bus station. Not enough coverage for inclement weather.
It has buses (in a yard) but hardly anywhere to shelter from the rain so 'bus station' is a big misnomer TfL. And don't try getting on the 391 (or 190, or 419) here - I did once and the driver said to me "this is the garage" before roaring off. Apparently, if you change buses at this 'bus station' you then have then to walk across town to George Street (the 391's first stop) to catch it. Likewise (since January 2012) the 190 & 419 terminate here BUT DON'T PICK UP FROM HERE - the only 'service' that does actually let you get on in this 'bus park' is the 337 (Stop H) to Clapham Junction. Madness. So well done TfL, you've made the place a disgrace to the town. BTW the Metro newspaper recycling bins have been removed as a 'solution' to nobody ever emptying them.
