Stefano of CT Vets is fantastic. Highly experienced and professional, with a calm manner and astute judgement. Brought in initially for a second opinion, he was able to proceed to perform treatments at home that were less invasive than those suggested by another vet (which from my own research I had questioned the immediate necessity of). This came down to a question of different types of biopsies on an extremely sensitive area, i.e. a cats tongue. In the end his treatment proved effective, more comfortable and avoided numerous potential complications that can arise from more invasive types of biopsy - e.g. overnight stays, feeding tubes, infections, collars, etc, etc, which we wanted to avoid if at all possible, at least in the initial stage. On the back of the results he administered a course of steroid injections which helped to boost her immune system enough to recover fully. From a very poorly state she was brought back to good health, good weight and a transformed happy demeanour - with minimal discomfort and no complications. The very best outcome that could have been wished for was thanks in great part to Stefano. I only wish I'd known of him years before.
Stefano (CTvets) is just great and I can highly recommend him and his home visits. No more worries about how to get your pets to a vet in London (if you don't have a car or the pets are shy), losing time in traffic or frightening your pet(s). Very convenient and easy to communicate. Much appreciated I can rely on Stefano's great support!
Stefano and Martina took care of my cat (the naughty Coccola that is a very difficult cat, a stray cat that I have adopted in Athens). They are very very professional, pacient, helpful and most of all they really love animals. Coccola and I had a great experience and we will recommend them to everybody!
I cannot praise this vet enough. Stefano has been my go to vet since I broke my foot 18 months ago and couldn't get out my house to take my kitten at the time to a normal vet.Since then he got me through my cat's allergies and today came at 5pm to look at my cat after he fell out a window. He swiftly took him for xrays and returned him to me at 9pm. Excellent service.I could never go back to a normal vet practice. This is a real personal service. Stefano gets to know you and your pet. He's also not sponsored by food companies so he doesn't try the hard sell alot of veterinary practices do
My cat is extremely frightened of vet visits and doesn't like being around other cats, so you can imagine how hard it is to give her proper medical care without causing distress. Stefano was amazing from the second he walked in our house. He let her come to him on her own terms and gave her the best and most thorough exam she's had in years! He listened to all of the factors in her ailment and gave impeccable advise. He was kind, understanding, and could tell he truly has a heart for animals and giving the best possible care. I'm so happy to say we have found our new vet and couldn't recommend them more!
