After a frustrating experience trying to get a hold of the GP yesterday, they called me back today and kindly explained the situation. Gladly surprised and thankful for taking my feedback seriously. However, it would be great though if patients could call back intermediately after missing a call and get through directly with the GP when he's free.
Absolutely Fabulous! Registered at Richmond Road after reading their amazing reviews online and have not been disappointed. I am so impressed with their online booking service for GP consultations and I have always managed to get a same day appointment when necessary. Lovely staff and lovely GPs! Highly recommend.
Recently changed GPs to Richmond Road as we moved into the area. I was hesitant at first, because of the online reviews, but a friend recommended them. I am so happy I picked them. Light years better, in every respect, than my previous GP clinic. The reception staff are very polite, I always get through on the phone with minimal waiting, I'm always called back within an hour, often patched through immediately to the GP if he's available. The waiting room is large and pleasant. The GPs have always been very polite, courteous, and don't treat you like a problem, but like a patient. The patient care alone makes you feel better, and reassured. I would definitely recommend them.
Fantastic Surgery! I am so pleased to have found Richmond Road Medical Centre. I registered a few months ago and cant believe how efficient they all are here! I have always managed to get an appointment on the same day and their use of online booking is just so useful. The staff are always smiling and very polite - a real change from my last surgery! Incredibly stressed doctors that are only interested in moving on to the next patient. Phone consultations average around 1-2 minutes, visits around 5-7. If you don't already know what your issue is your doctor here won't help you, as they literally ask 0 follow-up questions about your health nor take any time to explain what your issues may be, or even what the medicine they are recommending does to you.Also - be prepared to get a call from management if you leave a review here.
