Staff here do the minimum required to get through the day. Too many "computer says no" answers to simple questions and actual patient care or concern is lacking. I'm re-registering elsewhere.
The reception staff in the practise have serious attitude problems. Too many excuses, not ever helping.Soon though, a simple AI system will come in and replace them, take their jobs and we will all live happily ever after. 3 stars because the practice doctors have never failed me.
