I bought a little milk bottle flower crate on Friday not long before the shop was due to close. The arrangement was stunning and affordable (28) and the person who sold them to me was lovely and very helpful. She even gave my two year old a little branch which she was saying she wanted because it looked like a caterpillar. I will be back :):)

I called this florist for the first time earlier today to see if would be possible to deliver flowers as a surprise to friends who were lunching at the Ivy Cafe in Richmond. 20 minutes later, despite the shop being closed the friends called me, absolutely delighted with what they described as "absolutely beautiful flowers" delivered to them personally while at lunch. I didn't get the name of lady on the phone when I called, but she was helpful, charming, interested in my request and absolutely overachieved on expectations - I could actually hear her smiling at the thought of it. Internet shopping; it's convenient, but this could never be achieved without a personal caring touch, thank you, I am so grateful.
