How does an attorney who rendered himself completely ineffective in court as counsel to a vulnerable parent, and who basically served as the string of a finely tuned instrument for the opposing counsel get promoted to partner? Is it because he took the far too easy route of taking a clients money; and then, rather than work to represent the best interest(s) of that client, took the cowardly and disgraceful approach of giving in, almost completely, to the many ludicrous demands of the opposing party? Im sorry to say, but any prospective client is probably better served seeking counsel from Central Virginias Legal Aid Society, and thats really not saying a whole lot.
At least subconsciously, I think not-so-slick Click has a smoldering desire to absolve the consummate deadbeat dad of any obligation/responsibility he may have to the other parent.
