Very friendly staff that did a good job grooming our dog.
My dog is going mental when it comes to nail clipping but they managed to do it in seconds! Very nice people as well, definitely coming back.
Our 2 year old dog Charlie has been attending Richmond Rascals daycare on a regular basis for the past year. He gets so excited when he hears the van pull up outside the morning and the girls who drive and spend the day with him have become part of his family, he absolutely adores both girls and you can see the love they have for Charlie and the other dogs in their care. Charlie always comes home happy and worn out. We love to see the pictures of Charlie and his friends which are posted of their day at the field on Facebook regularly. We have also used the boarding service provided by Richmond Rascals, we know Charlie is in the best care when he stays with Richmond Rascals and he always comes home happy and content.Charlie has also had a few grooms at the store with Jara and Hannah, who both have followed our wishes for his haircut and made Charlie feel at ease through the whole process as he is very nervous of the hair dryer in store.Richmond Rascals is an amazing business and we are so pleased to have amazing people who love the work they do and the animals in their care. Back in last July, me and my partner were walking around Richmond when we came across your yellow van left in the sun from where we could hear dogs barking. As the temperature was rising to 28C, we approached the van to found out around 7/8 dogs were left alone in cages at the back of the car, while one old dog was sitting on the passenger seat (this dog has its own painting in the shop so I would assume it was the owners dog) The passenger seat window was open just enough to be able to fit a hand through. It became clear that the van was this shop owners van as it was few feet down the road from where the shop was and where a lady (one of the owners maybe) was standing outside with a dog, chatting to another lady while the dogs were left alone in the burning hot car. We waited for about 15 minutes by the car, to see how long it would take you to come to it. When we were finally about to call the police, you walked back to the van like no big deal. Just to put this into perspective: the inside of a car left in the sun by a temperature of 28C, even with a window open, will reach an average temperature of 40C after only ten minutes. So having a little chat outside your shop while the dogs youre looking after are suffering shouldnt be your priority and it is absolutely shameful! Never EVER would I advise anyone to trust you with their pets. If you truly cared about them, you wouldnt let them more than 5 minutes in such horribles conditions. If you think I am lying, I have photos and videos of the van, number plaque for proof. So please someone explain me how any of you let this happen ?!Thank you.
Wonderful haircut on our puppy mini schnauzer! Otto looks lovely & Amber and the team did a great job! Definitely reccomend - be back for his next haircut!
