Excellent food complimented by great service. We went to celebrate a birthday and the team did their best to make us feel special. Love the decor and ambience as well. Location is great too, it's basically less than a minute walk from the river. Parking is about 3 minute walk. Will visit again. I tried the orzo pasta and the blackened cod. Both were lovely and would recommend.
I had a lovely breakfast at the Ivy Cafe. Food took a little while to come out but the service was friendly. I really enjoyed the food - I ordered the veggie breakfast - it was just so tasty and well thought out. Poached egg cooked perfectly and halloumi is always a winner in my eyes. Do recommend.
Excellent location and great service. Parking not the easiest though as it situated in the city centre. It gets relatively loud in there but it's part of its character, its not a club but yet, not a library. Food is very well presented which is expected as you are paying Michelin star prices. There is also facilities for business venues located upstairs. If also a large group then consider that as it is private and quiet. All in all a good place to visit, eat or have a drink. Maybe not best suited for young children.
Enjoyed a tasty meal last night. Could not book ahead but did early walk in and allowed to eat at the bar. There seemed to be quite a lot of empty tables so assume they didn't have enough staff (?). We had to ask for the vegan/vegetarian menu which was a bit disappointing. Mainly vegetarian options but the vegan options we chose were very good. Service was attentive from the bar staff.
Very nice friendly atmosphere in an extensive eating area. Delicious, well cooked food served by efficient and courteous staff. I always enjoy the Ivy chain. You can never go wrong whether it is brunch, lunch or dinner.
