They refused their toilets to my 3 year old who had a very urgent need and soiled themself as a result. They made no apologies for not offering help in emergencies. They even rejected a suggestion to have a potty in a corner for such situations. Managements view is that parents should carry around portable loos.Surely all parents always go shoe shopping with portable loos... Or how about showing basic kindness and understanding towards the children who give you so much business?

Another great village shop with beautiful kids shoes. They do a lot of brands and styles. I have never failed to find a pair of kids boots or smart casual shoes for my girls. Staff is knowledgeable which is rare these days and always helpful. During sales time the Shoe Station always have great bargains!
