I will not visit this shop again. Me and my partner visited the MV Agusta on Saturday 2nd February around 4-5pm. We were travelling from Reading to see Agusta Brutale. We enter the the shop and welcome the staff who was enjoying dinner. We have been bounced by the smell of the food but this didn't stop us to see the bike. We moved to the part of the shop where motorbikes are. We were looking at the bikes and I really wanted to sit down on the brutale. The bike was on paddock stand so I preferred to ask for permission to take a sit on it. After 5minutes or even longer the young lady come to us and asked if she could help with anything. I asked if I could sit down on the Brutale. She wasn't sure but she spotted the paddock stand and she she said: "no you can't because the bike is on the stand". My partner asked: Can we moved the bike and put on the side stand? She said: no you can't obviously move the bike. We asked: Can your colleague help us? She said: yes he can.Suddenly she looked at his friend and the person joining the dinner and she came back to us saying: but this may take a while.....Unfortunately the dinner was more important than potential client. We thanked her and left. After the service we received we went to different dealer.
I initially went after a friend had suggested BMG. I was very pleased with the professional and friendly manner in which the staff carried themselves. I was kept up to date on what was happening throughout and my bike was ready to collect very quickly. The price was very reasonable and the job was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone, best workshop in London!
Here I am ready to write my first review ever and so sorry to write a very negative one.I booked an Mot for my 125 vespa primavera Piaggio, I brought the scooter at 9:00 in the morning at the shop where it has been handed pretty much immediately to the work shop for the Mot, that was previously booked.I have been called later in the morning and got told I needed the head bearing changed plus the rear light and a tyre and if didn't wouldn't pass MoT needed. I took the tyre off and the quote was still more than 300 plus they told me that the Mot could not been done the same day so they proposed to have all the job done the same day and then to come back for the Mot on another day (Do I have to drive a vehicle without the Mot certificate on it after having spent more than 300?!. If got on cameras who is going to explain that the vehicle is in good condition?!?!?!?!) So I declined the jobs and agreed to have only the light fixed and to fix the rest on a second moment in order to pass the Mot. At that point I have been pushed back to the queue, at 14:00 I called for an update and been told that one of the guys was going to fix it shortly at 15:00 went outside the work shop and my scooter was still parked outside without anybody working on it, I just want to highlight that I was there since 9:00 in the morning. At 16:00 I went to the shop and asked to have my vehicle back because that was enough to me and I wanted to leave. I received another call from the workshop and been told that they were working on the rear light but the job could take up to 2 hours. I was just disgusted and asked to have my vehicle back. At the really end I left the shop at 17:00 after having spent all my day there and guess what? the light has not been fixed but I paid for 1 hour labour (72 included VAT) and the justification from the work shops manager has been that they did not have enough time to carry out the job.........REALLY!?!?!?! after that I gave you my scooter at 9:00?!?! Worst customer experience ever, the staff did not try to find a solution. The worst thing that I spent all the day there, I spent my money but I did NOT have the light fixed!!!!!!I have had other services there and I agree with other negative reviews in general they make you spending load amount of money replacing parts even when not necessary. There is no cooperation or a genuine advise whatsoever. It's just too easy to say this needs to be replaced this needs to be changed etc...nothing can be fixed!I was thinking to buy a new scooter in two years or may be even less but I will not buy a Piaggio even if I think is a great scooter I do not like the dealers that they use so probably I will turn my attention to different brands.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, super helpful for a first timer. Great location for a test drive, I went around Richmond Park and had an overall very pleasant experience. Ill be back to pick up my bike soon!
Bruce, was extremely helpful in assistance he gave me with my MV Brutale. He and this company really did exceed themselves in going that extra mile for me. I'll certainly make good use of the company again, cannot thank them enough. Fantastic customer service. Well done to all.
