Friendly staff, dont rip you off. Certainly a garage I will return to if my car needs fixing. Better than most of the garages in the area which do rip you off like Kwik fit
Having tried lots of garages over the years, this is a really good place. The bill was reasonable, and they took the time to explain the costs and they didn't do any unnecessary work. Car was beautiful and clean also which was a bonus. Thoroughly recommended.
Reasonably happy overall. They got the job done. I took my car in for an annual service at 8:30am and finally picked it up just before closing the same day. They didnt try to contact me to say when the car was ready, had to chase them up twice. Good price , much cheaper than last years MOT and service. Staff could have been a lot friendlier, not very customer-focussed. I was expecting more based on previous five star reviews. They didnt seem bothered, and this is the reason for 4/5 stars. Might return, or try somewhere else....I certainly wont be rushing back and leaving rave reviewers everywhere.The number was correct - you sent me a text a week ago.
