Absolutely Brilliant.. I had a major dent on my new bmw 320d, was recommended to go and see Paul from Westlake Garages in Richmond. He was excellent at telling me what needed to be done. They have repaired all the damge to my car at a fantastic price, bearing in mind Bmw were quoting nearly a 1000.00, Westlake completed it half the price, and also completely cleaned the car inside out. They provided me a courtesy car, as i needed to get to meetings. I am so glad to be recommended to Paul, i will make sure all my future work will be carried out by him and his team. I did a big service to my car, changed the clutch, oils, tires and several other stuff. People were very thorough with the check of any issues and did an excellent work at a fair price. They always communicated before any action and explained everything and gave alternatives. I would definitely go again if anything needed (hopefully not!).
I took my car to this garage for an MOT. They said the exhaust system needed to be replaced. I was surprised as the back box of exhaust was only one year old. I took my car to another garage and discovered the exhaust was fine and all that was needed was a new bracket. Definitely would not recommend this garage.

Westlake is a very eccentric but brilliantly accommodating garage. They are very personal in their approach. Their ethos is to put the customer before the car which is so important because ultimately during repair, customer care is paramount. No job is too much hastle and in my case they provided 2 different courtesy cars whilst running diagnostics, found an ingenious way to inexpensively circumnavigate electrical problems, threw in extra jobs for free including an exhaust fix and anti-roll bar links! They genuinely care about the customer and will go the extra mile( no pun intended).
