Extremely helpful and accommodating front desk staff, despite their workload and being yelled at by an endless stream of ill-mannered patients. Doctors all seem highly competent, one of the more professionally-run surgeries Ive come across.
My mum since moving here in the last 9 months has always found the staff polite and helpful and the Doctor very good. The service has been good. I'm sure the staff have to put up with people shouting at them - Last week in the waiting room we heard a member of staff being very polite on the phone but she was clearly being shouted at from the other end. Good manners are two way.
