My first trip to London in Jan 2019, I christened my trip with a great Fish and Chips dinner at Pier 1 in Richmond! Awesome food and great service! I decided to make my last dinner before I left London with Pier 1, yes again! Great Squid seasoned with salt and pepper! Love your food and the great way you care for your guests. I felt right at home! See you soon, cheers! Nice Prosecco, too!
Ive never had a bad meal here. They grill fish as well as deep fry. so i can still enjoy fish chips mushy peas without having all the batter on the fish and i can have a few glasses of wine at the same time as enjoying perfect chip shop chips in a good restaurant.
Had our birthday party here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great and cheap.Edit: went there with grown ups this time so had time to really appreciate this restaurant. The service was exemplary and the food was just incredible. Fish and chips done really, really well, but don't overlook the starters- that's probably the best fishcake I've ever had. 2 courses and a lot of wine and we only spent 33 each!
Amazing fish bar in London! The fish was so fresh! The chef even brought out the freshly cut halibut fillet and showed us which portions he was giving us. He of course gave us the best cuts which were so tasty! The staff and chef are very knowledgeable. I would certainly suggest you try this fish bar if you are in the area, you wont be disappointed! Also it is not overpriced like most places in London.
good try, fish and chip experience, generous size with the typical mash pies. available also king prawn, scallops and mix and match. I took the cod, it was good even if a bit too oily. very good the squid. I will come back if in the Richmond park
