Not a luxury hotel. Room very compact with some nice touches but cold and reception on tv was very poor. Breakfast at weekend chaotic.

This Hotel is simply perfect, a stones throw from entrance to beautiful Richmond Park. Opposite is River Thames and 10 min walk into town for great bars and restaurants... Hotel staff very pleasant, rooms clean , modern, quiet. Basically great all round, now top of my list for places to visit more often.
Stayed for two nights to join in their new year's eve party in the ballroom. Very enjoyable stay with helpful and friendly staff. We drove so great to have the parking. Bedrooms are compact but very clean, modern fittings and very comfy beds. Made use of the gym which had more equipment than I expected and the indoor pool looked very inviting. Again very helpful staff manning the desk. Excellent courses served for the events in the evening. Very British-style buffet breakfast which could do with warmed plates for the hot dishes as the food isn't that hot to start with.Great location with a 10 minute walk into Richmond town centre and another 25 minutes further on to reach Kew Gardens. Definitely stay again.
I stayed at the hotel for three nights while attending a conference at the hotel. The hotel is very nice. The rooms where excellent, clean and very comfy beds. The breakfast was also good, only downside here was that only coffee and tea are included but no coffee specialties. The banquet facilities are very nice as well. Food at lunch and dinner was fine. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Overall a great stay. A highlight is the old look of the building and the beautiful view on the terrace across the street.
