Very helpful staff. Great food
I found the staff here really rude. We were looking for somewhere to stay after our wedding nearby with our families and called up to arrange a time in advance when we could look around. When we arrived as arranged the staff told us that they couldnt show us around and were really rude about it. Glad we didnt give them our business and instead used another hotel nearby that were friendly.

A beautiful lovely hotel. Great service and great staff. A bit far from the main city of Richmond but when you book this hotel you must be looking for something else and they sure have it. Just had dinner at the hotel restaurant and had a great dinner. The view is amazing
