Comfortable. Near the train line but slept with no problems.
When we arrived the owners were loudly arguing behind the door. when they finally opened the door she told us to go away and find something else to stay.
We had booked a room several days in advance. When we arrived after a 12 hour journey, the owners were arguing loudly inside, and would not open the door. When they finally answered the bell, they sent us away, apparently because of a family emergency. Later that night we received an apology per email, and the offer to come back, but by then we had found a more pleasant place to stay (Kew Gardens Hotel, recommended!)
Lovely people lovely apartment very relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, nice area.
I had a very comfortable and most pleasant stay at Kew Rooms for 4 night in May 2018.My room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were very clean.The host Geoff and his wife were very helpful and made me very welcomed.Breakfast was simple but very adequate. Chance to meet people from other countries who were staying there.Location is fantastic - 7 minute walk to Kew Gardens tube and 10 minutes to Kew Gardens Park. Fully recommend Kew Rooms if you happen to be in that part of London.My rating: 4.5*/5* or 9/10
