Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location with easy transportation in and out of town.
More like Premiere Inn if you know what I mean.Had a great sleep and an even better stay at my premiere inn.
Premier Inn in Richmond its really good value for money and great for business trips. A 10 min walk from Richmond Station and a 35 min train ride to Waterloo make this quiet accessible. A great variety of restaurants, beautiful parks and river paths is all within a 10 min walk. Although the location is on a busy street the windows do a great job keeping the noise out. The breakfast is great and staff is always willing to help. Parking is available for those o need it. The only thing that I need to point out, that should be improved, is that during dinner time you might have to wait a little in the front desk because staff is busy in the restaurant.
Terrible hotel, the beds are so soft and uncomfortable although they 'claim' they are 'new'. I call 'BS'. They didn't bother to change our sheets after 3 days when they 'claim to' they changed them with dirty sheets. The long sofa pillow had a disgusting stain on it (photo attached), when we asked the assistant housekeeping manager she argued saying a previous guest must have done it, she argued they changed the sheets when they hadn't and when I showed them the dirty toilet(photo) she said they were all like that (they need to invest in some bleach). The hotel 'free wifi' doesn't work (it keeps disconnecting) so you have to buy their 'premium wifi'. I usually stay at the ibis - it is so much better. It was such a disappointing stay, we stayed over Christmas.
